Deploy App & Module Updates without Wifi | ArborXR

This article provides a solution for deploying updates to the Promise app and its experiences across a fleet of VR devices without the need to connect those VR devices to wifi. This process can be repeatedly used, even after a VR device has been initially provisioned.

If an offline deployment is needed for your organization, Moth+Flame will upload the latest app version (apk file) and associated module files and share them with your organization. These files can then be used to create a configuration package that will be downloaded to VR devices using a tethered USB-C connection to a computer.

Refer to this ArborXR article for a step-by-step guide to creating a configuration package and deploying it to devices.
