Finding the Moth+Flame VR App (Enterprise Devices)

For enterprise VR devices, the Moth+Flame app is launched through your organization's MDM home screen. Most devices are placed in "kiosk mode" which means that this home screen is visible when turning on the headset. Select the Moth+Flame icon to launch the app from the MDM home screen.

My device is in kiosk mode, but I'm not seeing the app. 

Occasionally, ArborXR users do not see the MDM home screen after turning on the headset. Use hand gestures or a controller to activate kiosk mode. When the headset detects motion, ArborXR and its associated settings will be activated.

My device is not in kiosk mode. Where do I find the Moth+Flame app?

First locate and launch your organization's MDM app from the app library. ArborXR and ManageXR are MDMs that Moth+Flame customers use. Once the MDM app is opened, select and launch the Moth+Flame icon from the MDM home screen.
