How to Send Error Logs (iOS and Android)

If you encountered a bug, error logs can be sent quickly and easily from your iOS or Android device. Please follow the steps, below:

 

1. Open your Promise Learning app (if it's not already open).

2. Click on the hamburger menu (3 horizontal lines) at the top of the screen



3. Click "Send Error Logs to Support"



4. Click "Send all data"


 

5. Record the day and time that you sent the logs and please notify us when they are sent.
