Using Magic Sign-In Links to Sign In to the Perform Web Portal

Say goodbye to the traditional, often frustrating process of remembering and typing passwords. With Magic Sign-In Links, you'll enjoy a seamless, secure, and more convenient way to access the Perform portal. Just use your email to receive a unique link that grants you instant access, simplifying your digital journey while enhancing security. Get ready for a smoother, more user-friendly way to connect with all that Perform has to offer!

Simple Process: Just enter your email, receive a link, click on it, and you're in!
No More Password Hassle: Initially, only the magic sign-in link login will be available. You can set a password later if you prefer.

Password Setting & Recovery:

Forget Forgetting Passwords: No need for a 'forgot password' process. If you don't know your password, log in with a magic link and then set a new one.

Longer Sessions for Your Convenience:

Stay Signed In: Once you log in, you won’t need to do so again for 8 hours.

New User Integration:

Streamlined Onboarding: Newly added users will receive an email with a link to sign in using the magic link, instead of a temporary password.

My Account Page:

Personalize & Secure Your Account: Update your name and set a strong password (at least 8 characters, including a mix of lower and upper case letters, a number, and a special character).

Trouble Logging In? We’ve Got Your Back:

Perform-based Login Assist:

If a user trying to sign into Perform did not receive their magic link email, they can click “I haven’t received the email” on the login screen. Another screen will display letting the user know to contact their administrator for assistance.

On the organization’s User Management page, find the user that needs assistance, and click the secondary menu on the right next to their email. Then select “Login assist”.

A dialog will appear that offers to create a temporary password for the user. Click “Generate Temporary Password."

A new password will be generated.

This password may only be used one time. Direct the user to go back to Perform and click “Sign in with a password” on the login screen. Once they enter their email address and the temporary password, the login screen will prompt them to enter a permanent password in order to continue. Once they set a new password they’ll be directed to Perform.

Managing Organization Members:

Remove Users Easily: Users can be removed from an organization, which will restrict their access to associated modules. Their account will be disabled but can be reinstated if added back later.
